Returns & Refunds If the bag isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery - worn is fine, that's what it's for. We'll refund you in full. How it works:

  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We reply with return instructions and the address.
  3. Once your bag arrives back with us, we refund your full order amount within 5 business days. Good to know: Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us - we'll replace or refund it and cover the shipping.
